Upper panel: Heavy weight polyester fabric with waterproof PVC backing. Lower panel: Fire retardant sturdy material. Handlebar venting: Mesh vents prevent moisture build up. Elastic and grommet buttons: Elastic provides a snug fit; grommets permit locking cover to motorcycle. Fits 1100cc and up.

Great value for the money. Good quality material. Looks sharp. Honda shop wanted twice the price for similar cover. However, this 'Extra Large' cover is too small for a VTX-1300 w/windshield & saddlebags.(will not cover front tire & fender) Without windshield it fits great. I suggest the 'Full Dress' cover for anything over 1100cc.
