Watchdog® Wireless Crop Monitor allows you to conveniently monitor and record temperature and humidity conditions without the hassle of sensor cables. Each system includes one base unit and remote sensing unit. Up to 16 sensing units (sold separately, Item No. 151364) can be added within a 1,000-ft. radius of the base unit. User-defined high and low temperature limits will trigger LED alarm indicators and an audible alarm on the base unit. Radiation shield (sold separately, Item No. 151365) is required for each remote sensing unit. Optional SpecLog™ software (sold separately, Item No. 151366) allows you to record weather data and produce reports including degree-days and daily and monthly summaries. Operating range of the base unit is -4°F to 158°F and -40°F to 158°F on the remote sensing unit. Base unit is powered by 110-volt AC. Remote sensing units require two "AA" batteries (included).
