For example, for a manufacturer's 90-days labor and 1-year parts warranty, the extended warranty would begin on the 91st day and continue for the duration of the extended warranty period.

If your item is no longer available you will receive a similar (new) product of equal or greater value.

Does RepairMaster offer separate lamp/bulb protection coverage?
Mechanical and electrical screen issues are covered under the TV plan. Some LCD TV's contain a bulb/lamp. Plasma TV's do not contain bulbs. You may contact the TV manufacturer to inquire about whether your LCD model contains a bulb/lamp. Bulb reliability has improved dramatically in recent years. Average mean time between failure (MTBF) is approximately 60,000 hours for models 2006 or later. This translates to 6.84 years if your television was running continuously 24 hours/day. For average household use of 3-4 hours/day, the bulb would last for over 40 years. RepairMaster has recently phased out bulb coverage.
