What weight of child can use the Co-Sleeper/playard?
The recommended maximum weight for Co-Sleeper is 30 pounds. We recommend that the Co-Sleeper be used only as long as the motor skills of the baby do not enable it to repeatedly roll back and forth or reach up to the sidewalls and roll/crawl onto the bed. Remember, never leave baby unattended in the Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper.
The playard may be used until the child can climb out of it.
The Arm's Reach Universal Co-Sleeper bassinet was created for folks with bed heights shorter than the standard 24" bed.
The Universal Co-Sleeper accommodates futons on frames and European style beds that are 18". The Universal Co-Sleeper also attaches to any bed width, from single to California King. Like the Original, the Universal Co-Sleeper shares the same benefits, uses, conversions and safety features. It is attached to the parents bed in exactly the same way.
The Universal Co-Sleeper starts out accommodating an 18" adult bed height and adjusts upward to fit against an adult bed of 20", 22" and 24" high. The Universal is able to set up a fourth side while in the Co-Sleeper conversion, as can most Originals, for the bassinet conversion.
The Co-Sleeper bassinet has a weight limit of 30 pounds when in the co-sleeping position and 50 pounds when used as a play yard.
Specifications:
The Universal Co-Sleeper has the exact same dimensions and assembly as the Original Co-Sleeper, except for the adjustable bar heights for attachment to parents bed. With the provided single leg extension, the Universal Co-Sleeper adjusts to fit bed heights from 18" to 24". With the Leg Extension Kit, the Universal Co-Sleeper will fit beds up to 30".
