Product worked alright for about 2 years until the power button suddenly collapsed within the body and wouldn't shut off until I took a screwdriver to it. As mentioned by other reviewers, this product leaves much to be desired in terms of quality, and I expected much more from a brand like Norelco. The head always fell off and the plastic attachments were useless as they broke the moment I took them off the shaver. Shaving with this thing became more of a hassle than a convenience. I'd stay away.

Nice design. Good price. Poor quality. Mine died after less than a year. One day, pressed the power-on button, and it collapsed into the housing...and could not be shut off.

Well, I bought this item with my girlfriend a week ago. Today I have no body hair anywhere. This trimmer is great for total bodygrooming and is very easy to use. The plastic trimming heads don't make much difference when you use them though. The foil head is rather flimsy and the foil part of mine broke this morning, so be careful with yours. It takes down body hair pretty easily and I recommend that you use scissors before you use this item. It does pull hair a little when you are doing demolition work so take it slow and easy. I love this item, but I wish that I had been a bit more careful with the foil head.

This "groomer" has a clever design, but is most definitly poorly crafted. I have been through two and I am not impressed, especially since Norelco is supposed to be a well crafted brand. It is cheap and poorly constructed. The attachments are to hard to get off the head and you end up pulling apart the head. The clips that hold the head in place are just plastic and break when this happens, so then you cant get the head to stay on. Also it is kind of weak in power. I just thought it would be more convenient to trim while in the shower...
