Unhappy now! Material quality very poor.

Reviewer:  Missing Warmth "Pat A"  (Skokie IL, USA)  See all my reviews

I purchased the Clover comforter for a new color when re-decorating our room. Everything was wonderful, the color,
comfort, warmth made us very happy. Until today when it was necessary for me to wash it. I have washed other King sized comforters without any problems. However when the rinse cycle ended, and I removed to dry, I found that the comforter had torn, I am very disappointed, because I was looking forward to buying other colors.Of course it's past 90 days so I have no alternatives...and no down alternative comforter!

I returned this ...

Reviewer:  TMN  See all my reviews

Not impressed. The blanket size is too small. And the stitching around it was coming undone. I only opened the box it came in, didn't even put it on the bed, quality of material is poor. You can find better than this. Go for the Shabby Chic blankets, there better quality about the same price

Beautiful...but very small

I just received this today and I love it - except it's too small. The length is fine, but the width is way too narrow. It just barely covers my regular king size bed. Unfortunately, the blankets underneath all show hanging down on the sides - looks really bad. Maybe it was mis-labeled a king. It doesn't hang down like the picture shows at all. Other than that...it is beautiful, comfy, soft and a lovely color. Too bad about the fit.

Good, But A Little To Warm

Reviewer:  Smart Shopper "SS"  (Illinois)  See all my reviews

I purchased this comforter based on the favorable reviews and the affordable price. It is soft and very nice looking, and I loved it when I first got it, but after several weeks of use, I've noticed that it is an extremely warm blanket and I've woken up many nights completely overheated.

Excellent Comforter, But Be Wary of Washing

Reviewer:  Liz B "Liz B"  (Ann Arbor, MI, USA)  See all my reviews

I purchased this comforter about a month ago, and have so far absolutely loved it. It's luxurious and cozy, and I loved the "clover" color. Unfortunately, I already had to wash it, and after washing (and following the directions on the tag precisely), the color was completely different - a dark tannish color. Needless to say, I was rather depressed.

A Good Alternative

Just got today and so far satisfied. Very fluffy and true to color, all other reviews helped make my decision to buy this comforter.

Simply Wonderful

Reviewer:  Disappointed Decorator! "Haley Elizabeth"  (Austin, TX)  See all my reviews

I ordered this because of the price, color, and the reviews. All positive reviews, and mine is also.

I will start by saying why its receiving 4 stars instead of 5- I read so many review that said it was so soft, but when I received it that was alittle lacking. It felt alittle more plastic-y than cotton, but it really is not THAT bad. The review just lead me to believe it would be like egypian cotton, which of course in this price range would be impossible. For the price it is wonderfully comfortable. Its fluffy, and there is nothing better than curling up in it, I fall asleep instantly.
But the other thing to highlight it how beautiful it is. As everyone has said, its very true to the color in the picture, but much more vibrant (not shimmery!), its hard to find a neutral color that is vibrant at the same time, but somehow this accomplishes that! And the round stiching looks so fresh and elegant, its just wonderful, there is no other word for it. Looking forward to years of sleep with this comfortor.

Soft and Warm.

Reviewer:  Rocky Moutain Gal  (Colorado)  See all my reviews

For the price, this is a great buy. It is extremely soft and cozy and holds its loft. It also washes well - I've washed it twice and it came out looking like new. (They recommend that you dry it with a set of tennis balls to plump up the loft.)

The only drawback (and it is very minor) is that periodically some of the feathers work their way out through the sewing holes. This only happens once in a while and it's not a big deal.

The color is true in the picture. Since it is neutral, it can be paired with a wide variety of colors.

Highly recommended!

So wonderful!

Exactly what this comforter appears to be, only softer! The color looks a bit drab in the picture but has a somewhat shimmery look up close. It's much more attractive than the picture, but the color is right on. Has the look and feel of down without the pokey feathers! I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of this comforter!
