I received this toaster as a Christmas gift since I needed a toaster, and boy, I wish I bought my own. This toaster takes forever to heat up, and when it does, it toasts unevenly. Only 3/4 of the oven works. Making toast can take 15 minutes when a normal toaster takes only 2-5 minutes. Then this afternoon, my hot dog was burnt to a crisp when I left the kitchen and noticed my house suddenly engulfed in smoke. Apparently the timer never moved. After testing the timer 10 times, turns out the timer stopped working. After 7 months of this toaster, I'm ready to buy a new one. This one NEVER worked well even when it was brand new.

If you are not absolutely sure about this product, don't buy it. We were a few days late on the 90 day return policy, and customer service at the 800,# [was poor], and when Target told me to call Euro-pro, they were even worse. Don't expect any customer support, on a poorly made product.

This product takes so long to do anything and simply making toast is such a long process. I have not found this oven useful for any function it was designed for. It takes sooooo long to heat up and the result is not worth the wait. Going to buy the old, less expensive, toaster oven and dropping this one off at the dump.

When I bought this oven, I thought it would fulfill my needs. And it did, for about 3 months. Next time, I will spend more on something that will, hopefully, last longer.
