Sadly, it stinks

Looks great and that's about it. No crumb tray and when I tried it out by toasting a bagel, two tiny areas were totally burnt and the rest of the bagel was still cold. Also, this is not returnable to stores, so the return postage is expensive. This product doesn't deserve any stars at all.
