Purchased this toaster about a year ago in white. I got it for 29.99, and that's about what it's worth. It takes a long time to toast toast, and it does so unevenly (one side darker than the other). It also make a ticking noise as it's working (which I find annoying). BUT, it works well on pizza and left overs. It has held up well with occasional use, and is a good cheap little toaster oven, which is what I wanted. There are so many toaster ovens out there, and nearly all have very negative reviews, so why spend more on something that you might be just as unhappy with...

We were replacing our old Procter Silex toaster oven and bought this one because we liked all the features. It has a spacious interior, can easily bake or reheat meals too small for the regular oven, but it cannot toast things properly. It also has an potentially dangerous flaw where you can accidently turn it to "always on" mode when you're trying to turn it off, resulting in a red-hot appliance heating up the counter.
The toasting process is incredibly slow, the heating elements are too far apart, and the toast settings don't work so you must monitor and turn the toast to prevent burning and make sure each side is evenly toasted.
If I just wanted a mini oven this would be ok, but since it also needs to be a good toaster I'll be looking for a different model.

I tried to not use any stars, but that was not an option. Perhaps the name gives a clue -- 'Euro-Pro.' They must be using the standards for European electrical voltage, not for our American electric outlets. Even when you turn it off, it continues to heat, at a quite high temperature!
If I hadn't noticed, our house would have burned down!!
Please be careful with this product.

I've had this toaster oven for LESS THAN A YEAR. On the positive side, it is roomy inside & has 2 racks. I've roasted split chicken breasts, baked potatoes, reheated 2 slices of pizza, etc. Temp. was pretty accurate.
Negatives: Toast controls don't work at all. If you set on toast, bread is as black as coal. You have to set it below the toast setting (around the 2nd dot), constantly watch it & turn it off manually when it reaches your desired level of toast. (I could deal with that). Worst: The left 2 legs started melting. Kept leaving some greasy substance & white substance on my counter. Finally 1 leg completely melted away from the screw & broke off. Can't use it w/o legs, because there is a vent on bottom of appliance so it must be elevated. Threw it out & I'm now looking for a different brand.

We bought this to replace our B&D toaster that lasted several years. I picked this model because of its features listed, like cooking a frozen pizza. BUT it can not make toast! It either burns the bread when we put the setting on med, or doesn't toast at all when we lower the setting. You have to stand and watch everything that you put in there. I like the toaster ovens that had the lever for toast instead the timer, its seems more accurate. I am going to try to return this.

I am happy with this toaster oven. It is big enough to heat an entire pizza (which means you can save energy from using the regular oven) and it is great for heating up leftovers - they don't get soggy like they do in the microwave.
I never looked at the directions, so I don't know how they recommend doing toast, but I do it at about 400 degrees on the toast setting and it doesn't take more than a couple of minutes. The only time it doesn't work well is if you put slices on different shelves; then only one side of the toast gets done.
I like the tray that comes with this - it is great for baking fries, melting cheese on a bagel, roasting red peppers, etc. I use this more than any other appliance in the kitchen.

We have been married 10 years, but this is our first toaster oven. Well, we had one from [another retailer], and it lasted for a few days...we took it back for a full refund... compared to that one this one is awesome. It does everything you need it to. We have loved it.

My last toaster oven was a black and decker and lasted for at least 6 years before it died. I purchased this toaster oven a little over a year ago and it has died already. When you turn the timer knob the heating elements do not come on. Wouldn't recommend purchasing this model. And I have to agree with the other reviews that cooking and toasting took longer than it should. It was a great size though!

This thing is huge. Small children can fit inside of it. The "extra large capacity" one by this brand must be the size of a refrigerator. On the plus side, it turned out to be convenient when I had to bake in there for Easter.

That said, the bake function works pretty well. I am, however, not pleased that I have to pre-heat it for 5 minutes in order to make TOAST.

I love this toaster oven. I read the reviews on here before going to Target and planned to get another one but they were all out. This one was on sale. I remembered all the bad reviews but I said to myself, hey, this looks okay, and its cheap, I'll give it a shot. I kept waiting for the bad stuff to kick in, and I'm still waiting. I've had this toaster oven about 3 months now and use it almost daily and have never had a problem. Sure, the outside gets hot, but its a toaster oven. That's what they do. I've never burnt anything in there! I'm not normally the type to write reviews of products online but as I was eating my dinner I was reminded of all the bad reviews this toaster oven recieved and I decided to sign in and say, not so. Not so!
