I received the electric skillet and discovered that the lid was plastic because it came with a large crack. I was very disappointed and am returning it to the store. I am looking for another one that has a metal lid rather than a cheapy plastic lid.

I bought one of these not expecting too much (got it on sale), but this turned out to be the most use appliance in my kitchen. I cook everything from vegetables to burgers in it. The adjustable steam vent is a great feature. It cleans up really easy. I've had it about six months now and have not had one thing stick. The handles and the powercord and plug do tend to come loose a little bit when you use it for a while, but so far nothing I haven't been able to re-tighten. Overall, definitely worth the money!

My husband does demo's and he needed a skillet he could take with him, this heats up quickly and evenly and is a breeze to clean up. We use this all the time to make one dish meal. Great buy you cant go wrong.

Power cord will not stay in the socket. We have to hold it in to make contact. Save the box it comes in as the store will not take it back unless you have the skew #.

THis is my first time using a electric skillet, and I love it! It cooks food well and cleans up so easy. I use napkins, water, and soap to clean it and it cleans up fine. I would recommend this to anyone that has a small family and needs a great skillet to get food cooked in good timing and easy clean up
