The first time I used this item the temperature control knob came off.I can't get it back on. The waffles are pretty good, I just cant help wondering if the temperature control knob broke off on the first use what else will break, so I am returning it to the store.

I just used it for the first time and I am amazed. It is so easy to use and clean. The light indicates when your waffles are done, it's a no brainer. The waffles come out as good or even better than most restaurants. My kids wanted to eat waffles all day(yummy with whipped cream). The price is great and the product is awesome, don't waste your money on a pricey waffle maker.

I am so pleased with the way this waffle maker works. Not a bad waffle in the bunch. It heats very evenly and the green light kept me from scorching them. I don't have to peek at them to see if they are ready.

This waffle iron is the greatest! It is easy to use, easy to clean, and it folds up and stores in a tiny space! Waffles always bake quickly and easily. I always use non-stick spray, but that's more habit than necessity. Our waffles always come out just the way we like them. No more Eggos for us! This waffle iron tips the scales for me. Oster is truly my favorite appliance brand.

I bought this product for my sis in law - we enjoyed a sunday morning waffle breakfast - the waffles cooked very quickly and evenly - i cant imagine why someone would buy an over priced waffle iron , when this product is available .

We purchased the waffle iron for a holiday brunch and it was a huge hit! We made the classic buttermilk waffles in the enclosed recipe book and used real buttermilk rather than the dried type and they turned out very good. The waffle iron is easy to clean and folds up neatly for storing. We covered the drip area with an oversized piece of tin foil which made clean up very easy. We also premeasured the amounts of batter for our guests. As a side note batter freezes well.
