$139.99
Guest Rating: 4 stars (14 reviews)

Description

This award-winning co-sleeper is recommended by Dr. Sears for its safety and its benefits for both parents and baby. The cozy infant bed keeps Baby close—for nighttime nursing and all those times you'll want to check her breathing—and attaches securely to the top mattress of the adult bed. Compact and lightweight, it takes up only 20x34" of floor space and moves easily from room to room soyou can keep an eye on her while she naps. Ventilated floor prevents heat build-up. Large zippered storage compartment below and side pockets hold extra clothes, blankets and diapers handy, and come in handy if you decide to use it as a changing table or storage after moving Baby into her crib. Comes with a 100% cotton fitted sheet. No assembly required: the liner is built into the sleeping nest—the only separate parts are the included mattress and nylon carrying case. A must-have for moms recovering from C-section. Fits all adult beds from Twin to California King with a bed height up to 24". Leg extension kit (not included) increases height in 2" increments up to 30". Features steel tubing and nylon and cotton fabric in tan with white dots. Wipe clean; machine wash sheet. Strong and Adorable!

I love this item. I was alittle unsure about the poka dots thinking they may be a bit much, we are having a boy, but its adorable! I was also concerned about the stability but it is very strong and I have no worries about it rocking or moving about. Our bedroom is small so the mini was perfect for us.. It reminds me of 1/4 of a pack and play.. LOVE IT HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!

Was good didn't get my $ worth

Reviewer:  Targetholic "Targetholic"  (Inland Empire, CA)  See all my reviews

I rated this a 5 star even with the title I gave it. I only used if for maybe 2 months, not because I didn't like it. It was great. But because having my son that close, he was a very noisy sleeper I woke up at every sound and got NO SLEEP. I didn't have that problem with my first son and probably would have loved the co-sleeper with him as he was a heavier sleeper. I ended up movig my son to his crib so I could get some rest :)

this keeps my baby literally at "arm's reach" when i'm in bed. if his pacifier falls out, i can just reach and slip it back in without getting out of bed. i also like the extra storage pockets on the side for burp cloths, an extra sheet, nursing pads, or whatever else i need in the middle of the night.

Used for six months after C-section & while breast-feeding!

This was so convenient with a preemie newborn who needed to be close to mom and dad. It was very comfortable for the six months we used it and kept baby safe and near to mom for night nursings and naps! Just get one or two additional sheets (special made with velcro to hold in place)...easy to find online. It is a must have item after a C-section along with Boppy pillow! Excellent value...way better than a bassinet (have done both)!

Invest in the Original (not mini!)

First of all, I DO love the concept and the crib arrived VERY cute and seemingly well-made. The mini-cosleeper sounded perfect in terms of mobility and navigating the narrow passages of our home. However it was tinier than expected, giving our baby VERY little wiggle room. Within two months of usage our baby was hitting his hands, feet and head against the sides awakening him multiple times a night. Also, the product arrived with warnings that I do not believe are posted online, nor on the Arm's Reach website--like, "Do not leave child unattended". Well, its a crib, OFCOURSE I had planned to leave my child in it unattended while he slept (monitor on ofcourse). But apparently, the product is intended for parents that plan on literally watching their baby sleep, rather than doing the laundry or taking a much needed break as their infant naps. The mini IS mobile, you can wheel it from room to room--but with an exuberant toddler also in the home our infant needs the quiet of our bedroom to sleep. ALSO, the website listed only the maximum height and weight restrictions for the mini-crib and based on that I expected at least 6 months of use. However the package itself warns you that the product is not intended for infants beyond three months of age. We had to bite the bullet and by ANOTHER co-sleeper, the larger, Original Co-Sleeper. Dont waste money on the mini!

Impressed so far!

Reviewer:  BeachBaby  See all my reviews

I received this for a shower gift, and so far I'm impressed! The fabric is nice, and the overall design seems great. I think the reviewers who had trouble with the set up and take down simply tried to DIY instead of taking the time to read the instructions, because I did this by myself and had no problem whatsoever!
The pockets on both ends, the storage compartment underneath and the wheels are all extremely handy bonuses that hopefully will provide for more restful nights for us!

Wonderful in theory.

Reviewer:  k. deJean  (Lafayette, LA)  See all my reviews

The idea of this co-sleeper is so great. It allows your baby to be in your bed without any of the risks of being in your bed. It is highly recommended, has tons of space for storage and is rather cute. One of the reasons this item seemed so appealing was its ability to be folded up and transported easily, which, unfortunately, IT IS NOT. I am afraid that my husband and I had such a hard time that we may never attempt it again. I'm not sure what we didn't do since there are no clear directions for taking it down, so we are only left to guess. Also it is stinky.

Worth the money!

We received this as a shower gift and it is great! We also purchased the canopy because we have a cat in the house. It was $50, but well worth the money if you have a cat! We do not have to worry about the cat getting in with our son. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because our son is 15 weeks old and weighs 18lbs and is 26in. He has outgrown it and it wakes him up when he hits his hands and head on the sides at night. If you think your baby might be on the tall/large side I recommend getting the full-size. We will be saving this for the next baby!

Where do you find the mattress

Reviewer:  anxious mommy "Gengi"  (Trenton, NJ, USA)  See all my reviews

I am putting this on my baby's registry for his shower, and it seems like the mattress is separate. Is it a regular crib mattress or is it a different mattress altogether. Someone out there in internet-land please let me know, thank you...Anxious Mommy-to-Be

a c-section necessity

Reviewer:  Isabelle's mommy  (Ocean County, NJ)  See all my reviews

I love this bedside sleeper. I highly recommend this, especially for those that had c-sections. Having her so close made it much easier on my post surgery belly. It also gives you the comfort of having your baby right next to you without putting them in danger. It is a wonderful product.
For the question about the matress-yes it is included.
