It worked for us just fine, even when we hardly used the music box and the vibrating because we didn't see that it helped our baby at all, we tried them a few times and just stoped using'em.
And even when the instructions are so simple, we just couldn't find how to remove the cover to wash it, which will have to get washed eventually.

The bassinet itself is nice, but the mattress is not. Plus the sheets to go with it are hard to find any where else. The mattress is not a standard size. And the sheets sold here to go with it are of poor quality as well. We returned it.

Bassinet looks nice and simple, just what we wanted. However, while assembling it, we discovered all the buttons missing from the basket and had to call for a replacement so we could attach it to the frame. The wheels didn't seem to roll all that smoothly. After leaving it in our a bedroom for a few days, 2 of the wheels fell off the frame somehow. Thank goodness we didn't start using it on the baby yet!

I got this bassinet as a gift and I love how it vibrates and has music, my baby is always right to sleep. I also like the way it folds down, I travel alot and then I take it with me. It can also rock or roll.
