I purchased this crib based on good reviews but when it arrived, pieces were missing and damaged. The mattress base was missing!!! I had to spend 45 minutes on HOLD with Storkcraft (with a newborn) in order to get replacement parts sent to me. I had already waited weeks for the crib and had to wait another 2 weeks for the replacement parts. The wood is veneer and damages easily. I would never buy a Storkcraft product again.
The pros of this crib are that the drop side is quiet ONCE you know how to work it - which takes a bit. And I was able to assemble it by myself without pulling out my hair. My daughter does love the crib and her mobile fits on the side just fine.
