The clever design of the 2-in-1 portable bassinet lets you turn Baby's first bed into a toy box for years of use. The portable, convertible bassinet and toy box features a Rock¿n Roll base that converts to a "rocking cradle" when casters are rotated and includes a large mesh storage bin. Bassinet can be removed from base for easy portability. Base converts to a toy box after Baby has outgrown the bassinet with no extra parts required. The bassinet comes with beautiful classic bedding in white batiste eyelet fabric for an inviting newborn nest. Includes soft, quilted inner liner, skirt, hood cover, sheet and mattress pad. Bassinet is for babies up to 3-4 months, or once Baby can turn. Bedding: sheet, cover, skirt and liner are polyester/cotton. Quilted liner is polyester fill. Model 850T. Imported. 40Hx24Wx34L".

So...I LOVE the way it looks - but the wheels never actually rolled from day one :( But the bassinet served it's purpose for us (even though I rarely used it). And he still loves his toy box now - it's great that it's not white on the inside - I don't have to worry about scratching when he or I toss the toys in :) It's great - and will be used for his little brothers and sisters too :)!!

We bought this bassinet for our newborn daughter. It was easy to assemble and because of the wheels easy to move from room to room. It's a nice looking bassinet and we especially like the extra storage area at the bottom of the bassinet.

GOT this one for my Mom's house as the baby will go there during the day when I work. This was just as easy as the other unit I bought. Will bring it over there when I have my Mom's car!

We received this bassinet as a gift from my sister-in-law prior to the birth of our first baby. It's almost time to pack it away but we loved using this product for our baby the last few months. I'll pack it away in the carton we received it in to keep it as nice as the day we received it and someday use it for any additional children we may have. This bassinet was easy to assemble and was fabulous to use. We'll recommend this bassinet to our family and friends.

We took a chance and ordered this, in spite of reviews that mentioned it smells like mothballs. Ours arrived with a terrible chemical smell coming from the plastic pieces. It smelled like petroleum and was very strong. My husband and I both found it overwhelming and he is not super-sensitive to odors. If grown-ups get a headache from this bassinet, imagine what it could do to an infant! Even my father commented that he could smell it through the partially open box from across the room. It really is terrible.
I called the manufacturer and they suggested cleaning the plastic with a mild cleanser and water. Given the intensity of the chemical odor and that the pieces closest to the plastic are cardboard, this didn't seem like a good option. Target was fabulous about the return, though, and made it very easy. We went with a Graco Pack N Play instead and anticipate we'll get more use out of its three functions for kids ages newborn through toddler.
We shouldn't have wasted our time with this bassinet.

Very easy to put together. Had a different brand and style of bassinet with my first baby and it had a million parts and screws and everything made out of plastic. This bassinet has few pcs and easy assembly.

In August 2007, this was $60. It would not secure, even with the extra snap they gave, which signals they know the snaps are bad. It is a puzzle fit, which in theory would be great, but didn't fit well, and scraped paint. The toybox would now show more wear than you would like. It is so adorable, but not a good buy because it doesn't seem safe, and I am surprised that the price was raised.

just got this unit and it was a breeze to assemble. The bedding is soft and is all set now for my little one---only 2 more weeks! My husband had NO problems assembling and he did have lots of problems with the crib that we did get. Love this unit.

This is such a classic bassinet! I thought it was perfect in every way, all the parts and pieces were great, easy to put together, etc. It will definately be kept for many, many years.
