No one would believe the amount of trouble this crib and the service gave me!!! First, the item was shipped and it took 3 weeks to get here. Then it had to be returned because it was damaged! When we finally recieve a new one, it was scratched up. After my husband finally figured out the directions which were difficult to understand, we realized that there was a piece broken! He called the parts number and was told that it would be another week before we would recieve the replacement part...finally recieved the part, put the bed together, then realized that the trundle drawer was defective! Called replacement number again and this time I was told that it would take three weeks to recieve the part!!! I'm scheduled to be induced in one week and I can't even get my baby's bed together which was ordered a month and a half ago! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

The crib was not at all what I expected. However, since it was a gift, I couldn't return it for a different product. At any rate, the crib in person is a much darker color, which is fine and can be worked around with the other decor. Upon opening the box to begin assembly, there were many missing parts, which, since the parts were coming from British Columbia, Canada, took a very long time to arrive. Once we had what we needed, the instructions were not well written, but again, we worked around it. Basically, it was a pain in the a** and it shows that you "get what you pay for". The price is great, the quality...so so.

This crib looks much nicer in the photo than it does in person. It looks cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for with baby items. It regularly comes off the crack when trying to drop the side. Also, the crib drawer comes off track on a weekly basis. I'm disappointed and I wish I would have invested in a higher quality crib!

This crib came in 4 days. It was packaged well even though the outside packaging was ripped from handling. There were no dings at all. The color was different from the picture. More of a rich cherry color. I love the color. My husband put it together in an hour including the drawer. The wood is light feeling but it isn't made out of particle wood. So that was a bonus. We haven't used it yet so I don't know how it will be once the baby arrives. The drawer is made out of particle board. The drawer didn't come with directions but it was easy to put together. Overall, I am very satisfied for the price of the crib and it is very simple but pretty looking...
