I am INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED with this item!!!! I ordered this bassinet because mine was recalled and I needed a quick replacement, the store was out of bassinets so I had to order this one online.
There were MULTIPLE manufacturer defects in it. There were dents and wholes in there cardboard siding, one basket liner was to big, the other was too small, and they put the legs on backwards(they come attached) so now the bottom shelf doesn't fit on, I have to prop it on top and it constantly slides off, one of the screws that attaches the legs 'safely on' was broken, and I had to replace it myself. I have already waited 2 weeks for this product to arrive, and now I feel I need to return it to the store, order another one, and WAIT AGAIN!!! I am OUTRAGED by this 'thing'!!!

At first I was very excited to receive this bassinet as a gift. It was so cute! I soon realized this bassinet was not safe for my baby. It is very flimsy. One day I put my 10 lb. little girl in it for a nap and it rocked over. Thank goodness the wall was there to catch the bassinet so she did not fall out! I would absolutely not buy this bassinet no matter how cheap it may be! It is very unsafe! Do not buy!

Seriously, this was given to me. My husband put it together while I was at work, so I never knew it was made of cardboard until I read the reviews. My son is 13pd at 2 months and he has sleep in it quite alot. It never seemed unsafe or unsturdy to me. Of course I do swaddle my baby for naps and sleeping, so he doesn't move around too much. I think for the price, it's a good deal. I would have thought it costed a little more, since you are getting woven baskets with it. I mean really for [the price], what are they expecting. People we are about to enter a recession. Use your money wisely

I can not believe there as not been an accident related to this poorly constructed bassinet. Get past the foo foo and look at the unsafe product. I bought this online and immediately sent it back. Please, check out it's cardboard construction and tipability. It's total trash and if there were negative stars, I would be giving it that rating.

I wouldn't put my child in this...the legs are very unstable and it easily tips over. It's very cheaply made and the cushion is D grade--not comfortable enough for a newborn. I got this as a shower gift and ended up having to go out and buy a new one anyways. BEWARE EXPECTING MOMS, DO NOT PLACE YOUR CHILDREN IN THIS!

Ordered this bassinet online and didn't notice the reviews somehow. Was horrified to see it was made of cardboard, and it came with a hole right through it! I immediately packed it back up and returned it for a refund.

yes it is cardboard, very cute for boy or girl. i bought this and was not completely satisfied wtih the cardboard and plastic material. however i did use it with all my children. my two boys could only stay in it for about 1-2 months b/c they started rocking it too much for my comfort. my daughter however, being smaller, stayed in it until she was 7 months old(15 lbs) i would not use this on a baby that weighs much more than that. my daughter was very premature so she was so much tinier than my 9 lb boys. it did the job but if you are looking for something to hold your child for a long time then this is not the bassinet for you. good luck! and i hope i helped.

I love this bassinet. It came fast and yes it's kinda cheap but I do feel comfortable putting my baby in it. I will buy a new matress pad but that's cheap. It's adorable once you put it together. Buy it, your baby will only stay in it for a short time anyways. Why spend $100.00.

THE GOOD: It's pretty. The bedding looks pretty. The baskets are cute. It smells very 'plastic' out of the package. I will wash & drip dry (just in case it shrinks)it before I use it.
THE BAD: This is a cheap and flimsy product. You absolutely get what you pay for. The frame is a thin & cheap plastic. The bassinet enclosure is a flimsy cardboard, thinner than the shipping box it came in, and not much thicker than the cardboard that they package pantyhose with. The shelf at the bottom of the bassinet is made with the same cardboard.
THE UGLY: I have no idea how this passed any basic infant safety standards! I wouldn't buy this product for any extended use, at home, at grammas or anywhere.
