This pillow was much smaller than I thought it would be. I only used it one night and went back to my regular pillow between my legs to support my hips. It wasn't very "filled" and 1/2 way through the night the filling moved to each side and flattened in the middle where I needed it. This item is being returned.

I originally bought this pillow for sleeping when I was pregnant, but ended up delivering early so I never got to that "uncomfortable, no matter which position I lay in" part of my pregnancy. However, I LOVE this pillow for nursing my baby. I tried to use the Boppy pillow first because that's the pillow "everyone" uses, but I just couldn't get positioned right or the pillow in the right place without a big pit in front of me between me and the Boppy. (Note: I'd still buy a Boppy for tummy time and positioning and sitting support, just not for breastfeeding). This pillow is perfect. It is squishy enough that I can put it just where we need it, it's small enough that it doesn't take up the entire chair, it's kidney bean shape makes it perfect to snug up next to my body...and I can use whatever pillow case that is handy (or trendy or colorful) or clean depending on the amount of spits...or leakage...that happen. There is no need to purchase a specially fitted cover like other brands force you to do. Plus, it's super lightweight so it's easy to pack and travel with. My baby is now 18mo old and we still use our nursing pillow although more as a habit and comfort measure than needed support. We're trying for baby no. 2 and I'm going to buy another pillow so I've got one just in case my little guy doesn't want to share his pillow down the road. Buy it. You won't be disappointed.

Do not hesitate to try this pillow out. It works! During months 7,8,9, I started to have trouble sleeping. This helped me out by supporting my tummy for side sleeping. This pillow perfectly contours your tummy. Really, I can't imagine not having it. I'm actually going to order a couple more for myself as an added lift for my regular pillow and gifts for some girlfriends who are also pregnant. Enjoy your comfort!

I used this pillow while pregant. I put it under my belly when I slept on my side. I really liked it for that use. I didn't want a huge body pillow that would take up my entire bed. So I used this under my belly. It worked out very nicely. The only thing I didn't like. There is no pillow case or cover for it.

Like the other reviewers, I too use my pillow between my knees for comfort sleeping at night - less bulky than a regular pillow and nice and cool. I do wish they had a cover too. Much better price than those other super-pricy ridiculous looking maternity pillows available and serves my purpose just as well.

This pillow is great! I had ALOT of hip pain that kept me up at night. I tried a regular pillow but felt that it was too bulky. This pillow is the right size. Only wish there was a cover, only saving grace is that it is machine washable.

I used this pillow between my knees when sleeping to help with hip pain when I was pregnant, and then it went to the hospital with us when I delivered. It was wonderful for nursing after having a c-section, and I still use it every time I nurse. It is much more comfortable and less bulky than the boppy, and this pillow holds its shape over time. Our son also rests on it when we hold him in our lap for longer periods. I actually have two of these pillows and couldn't live without them.

I love this pillow! I used this in place of a boppy because i am tall and needed the extra thickness this pillow has, plus it does not tightly "clamp" around you. I love the shape of this pillow, it just happens to be the exact shape of a baby when they are eating! I would recommend this pillow to everyone!

I bought this pillow for tummy support to go with my snoogle. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I lost my firm wedge that I used last time (lost somewhere up in the attic). I chose this pillow as I was walking by and picked it up. It is MUCH too thick to do any good as far as tummy support. I find that I tuck it under my arm instead or just throw it on the floor. I would recommend a wedge instead. Oh, I've also used it to put my laptop on when sitting in bed although I know this isn't the use for it either...Buy a wedge and pass on this one.

So far, it hasn't done anything to help with the sleep deprivation. I don't recommend it.
