I like the looks on this swing, the music isn't bad, and everything on it works great, but my daughter is 8 weeks old, and if she goes to sleep in it she falls over, even if I've tried to prop her up with receiving blankets. She really likes to swing, so we're getting a different one that reclines.

this is my daughter's favorite thing. she will be three months old tomorrow and we have used it every day since she was two weeks old. she has reflux and will not nap in her crib but takes 2-3 hour naps in this swing. she loves to be in it even when she is awake because she is sitting up and can see what is going on. it works great for us, we have never had a problem with the motor. i can't say anything about the music because we have never used it. it works, we have turned it on but we just don't use it. she doesn't need the music, the rocking puts her to sleep. it is nice to be able to put her down while i clean the house or make dinner. even when my sister babysits my daughter, i take the swing and drop it off with my daughter because she loves it and it makes life easier for us. i love the fact that it plugs in too. i can't imagine how many batteries we would have gone through already. this is what we will give friends and family that have babies in the future. it really has been a lifesaver for us.

My baby and I love this swing. She sits in it for her naps or whenever I need two free hands. She'll nap until she's wet or hungry. The price was reasonable and was easy for my husband to assemble. The only bad thing is the annoying songs that play over and over.

I like the swing. My newborn seems to like it so far. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it seems a little wobbly.

The only good thing is the power cord, not needing batteries. BUT I have one of those babies that LIKEs the sound of a motor...which this swing is really quiet. BUT thats not my biggest complaint. WATCH OUT because its very easy for baby to grab the sides of the swing and just stop the swing. My 7 month old had no problems grabbing the sides and stopping the swing. Also, shes a little tall so her legs stick awkwardly out. I thin for any baby the seat is not a big enough bucket, its enough for a bottom and thats it. Also, for [the price], its a really cheap looking swing.

I can't say enough good things about this swing. I've raved about it since the first time we used it nearly two months ago. The various speeds are great- ranging from a slow rocking motion to a much quicker swinging motion perfect for soothing a fussy baby. It is definitely one of the prettiest swings I've seen for baby girls. We have saved a small fortune by using the AC adaptor instead of purchasing batteries. The mobile is about the only thing that could be improved. The butterflies are cute and colorful but they hang much too high above the baby's head and can't be adjusted down.

MY SON IS ABOUT 16 LBS AND 23 INCHES LONG AND 3 MONTHS OLD, HE'S BIG FOR HIS AGE. THE SWING IS PERFECT, HE OVES IT. BUT THE MOBILE STUFFED DOLLS ARE BORING HE JUST LOOKS AT THEM LIKE WHAT IS THIS. THE MOTOR IS NOT THAT LOUD SO ALL IN ALL I LOVE THE SWING.

When I put my swing together I noticed the music didn't work. I contacted Fisher-Price and they sent me a new motor for it. It has been about three weeks since I got the new motor and it has stopped working again. While I really like the bright colors and the fact that it plugs in, there is clearly some sort of defect on at least some of these motors.

The seat on this is much smaller than the Fisher Price Aquarium Swing. My daughter is only 14lbs and she fits snugly in this compared to the other swing. Also her legs hang off of this and not on the Aquarium swing. Both swings say up to 25lbs so I'm not sure why this one is so much smaller. We hope she'll still fit in it next month! Also, it doesn't recline as much as the Aquarium Swing. Although, this swing does take up less space but still that has nothing to do with the seat portion.

We usually end up putting her in the bigger swing and putting my son in this one (he's 12lbs and a little thinner).

I do like the open top to this so it's easy to get them in and out. I also like that it has an A/C adapter.

The toy mobile at the top is just okay. Seems like the babies have to bend their necks backward in order to really see the toys. Most of the time I just hang other toys from it so they have soemthing to interact with.

For the most part we just use our swings when it's nap time because it does help put them to sleep and keeps them safe.

Overall, this swing is cute, clean, compact and has worked very well for the past 3 months that we've owned it.
