I also received an Evenflo 2-in-1 Smart Fold swing as a gift. It worked fine for my first child (we only used it for maybe 2 months), and worked for about 1 week with our second. Now the motor is broken - how, I have no idea, it just stopped working one day. Evenflo told me there is no way to replace the motor - sorry about your luck. My advice - find another brand if you want it to last...

This swing is fine, but for my little girl I found the lowest speed a bit too fast. The sounds/music seem loud on the lowest setting too. She liked everyone else's swing (grandma and the babysitter) but not her own until she was about 4 months old. Now she enjoys it and even took a nice little cat nap in it the other day!

it was a great swing until it broke when my son was only a month old. but because it was a gift i did not have a receipt. and evenflow said they couldn't help me. i would not get anything from even flo again.

The swing stopped working when our child was 2 months old. But evenflo sent us a replacement and so far it has worked great. We like that it is small and can be short or tall. It is nice to sit on the floor next to him and play also.

I received this swing as a shower gift with my first daughter and at first was a little skeptical (I think I have the older model- different print and toy bar), but I now love it. I use the swing all the time with my 2nd and she loves it. The motor is quiet and the batteries seem to last forever. The only reason I am not giving the swing 5 stars is because the toy bar doesn't really serve it's purpose. When my first daughter was old enough to play with the toys she could hardly reach them. I know have the toy bar removed and the legs folded (so the swing is basically on the ground). That way my 1 1/2 year old can sit in it too and makes for getting the baby in and our easy. This swing folds up nicely for storage and travel. Great swing for the price.

I recieved this swing in a different pattern as a gift, and like it for it's portability and swinging adjustment (time and speed). We used it daily and the batteries lasted a long time. The motor is fairly quiet. I didn't like that the seatbelt was too small for my son from the beginning. The tray latch is a little combersome to lock and unlock with the toys on the tray, so we were always removing them which woke my son. It was fairly easy to put together, but evenflo needs to make a few improvements to make it great.
