I have been lazy and not wanting to work out so naturally I would sit around my apartment and watch TV. I found this at Target and thought I would give it a shot. After 4 weeks I have lost 5 lbs and dropped 2 whole dress sizes. I didn't change my diet (I still eat everything) but I am seeing the results that I have wanted to see.
I still feel the muscles working the next morning as if I worked them for the first time. I would get this because not only is it the most portable workout you will ever get it really works.

This is a great product. It really works you hard, but is easy to follow. The only downfall is that the schedule is set up to workout 6 days a week and I only workout 5. But it does have express versions for the really busy days. I loved it and saw results!!
