The look of this stroller is luxurious and soft and that is what I was drawn too. However, it was one bad thing after the other once I began to put it together. The car seat is very heavy, and the buckle/straps are awkward. I was also attracted to the plush body support for newborns and the height of the stroller. I liked the carriage feature, but I couldn't get the snaps to snap into place. Additionally, once I tried to install the car seat base into my car using the LATCH system, I could not get it tightened enough. The car seat slid all across the seat. I just didn't feel comfortable with keeping it. Some of the features that make it Eddie Bauer - I do like - and I miss, now that I have the Graco System. The fact that the stroller holds 50 lbs when other systems only hold 40, is also something that I will miss. If I could combine the looks/style with the functionality of Graco, I would be in heaven.

My Husband and I are first time parents. Our little girl is 6 months old. We were hit from behind by a large Truck going around 50 miles an hour while stopped at a stop sign. My Little Girl was sound asleep let out one scream and went RIGHT back to sleep. She DID not MOVE!! Even though it broke the van seat She was unhurt and without a scratch. Even though the Buckles took some a little bit to get a handle on. we can now do it and Move the straps up with ease. All We had to do was read the directions. We are now thankful we went ahead and got this great system. We will be getting another one to replace the one that was in the wreck.

I have pushed this stroller throughout my house on both carpet and hard wood floors with no problem. If you have the front wheels pivot locked then they won't turn as easily. I don't think this is poorly made. The car seat fits snuggly in the stroller and doesn't wobble back and forth like other travel systems I tested. I think that some of the people that don't like this travel system aren't using it properly.

I’m a first time mother. First lets talk about the base of the car seat, when you put the car seat on the base the base moves every time you turn your car. Trying to put the car seat on the base a night is VERY, VERY, VERY hard you can not see the bottom of the car seat to see if it is lined up right. The stroller it fine. If I had to do all over I would not buy it.

I am a first time mother....so of course I thought Eddie Bauer would me the brand for me and my son. I have had my travel system for a few months now and the steps will not stay attached. It was also not easy to clean up my sons messes from the material. If I had to do it over I would have gone with a travel system from Babys r Us. A company that stands by their merchandise.

I was hesitant to buy this Travel System after reading all of the reviews, but my husband and I decided to go try it out for ourselves. After looking at all of the Travel Systems, we decided on this one. We assembled it in a total of about 15 minutes! Overall, we are very pleased. I find that the stroller is light and easy to close. The car seat is made very well and looks quite comfortable. The only problem is with the buckles, but after reading the instructions, they are not a problem!

I have one just like this. I personally would not recommend this product to any 1st time mothers. It is very difficult to steer and not easy to push though the stores. My stroller is like on the shopping carts that has a mind of it's own. Takes up a lot of room especially if you own a car. Waste of money!

I really like the look of the travel system. I do not think it is heavy (as a lot of people have said) I am not happy with the buckle. I have the system down now, but it is quite tricky. My main problem is the straps. I have had the carseat for 2 months and the straps have twisted 5 times already and it take ahile to get them starightened out. All in all I do for the most part like this carseat

I am very pleased with this travel system. I am a small girl and i dont think this is a heavy system at all. I think its perfect i didnt have any problems with the buckles either! Great Item would reccommend it!

Not a 1st time mom. I purchased this stroller becasue I owned an E.Bauer stroller before with my other 2 children and loved it. This one has a few differences. The wheels are plastic and not rubber. The carseat straps are difficult to adjust to a higher notch but once it's adjusted there isn't a need to do it again. The buckle is awkward b/c you have to join two picecs together then insert into the buckle. I like the carseat one hand release from the base. I like the added cushion which supports and snuggles my newborn and can be removed when she gets bigger. I like the neutral color. It does not seem heavier or bulkier than any other seat. I LOVE the one hand button release that opens the stroller. Overall I like it and am pleased.
