easy rider review

Reviewer:  new mom "April GR"  (Mesa, AZ, USA)  See all my reviews

I like the thought of having my hands free. My daughter cries initally when I put her in it, but after a few minutes she is out like a light. The contraption was a little odd at first with all the straps and fitting her in it, but after a few tries I'm much more comfortable with it. The price is affordable, but I think I'm going to up grade to something with a few less straps. I'm definately going to hang onto this hoping that as she gets bigger that she'll like it more, or to use it as a back up for the sitter or something.

Great item!

Reviewer:  TX Mom of 3 "JLSM"  (Houston, TX)  See all my reviews

I am so pleased with this item. My son is a big baby-born 9 pounds and is 16 pounds today (@ 3 months), and he rides comfortably in this, more importantly, I can adjust it so my back doesn't feel pain while carrying him. I have gone shopping and had him in it for 2+ hours and felt his weight was properly positioned so I wasn't in pain, and he was comfortable. I have had to readjust it as he has grown bigger and heavier. If I was to add anything to this it would be a bigger pocket so I could carry maybe a cellphone and my keys for quick runs into the store, and I would add a little length to the binky leash. All and all I am really pleased with this item and LOVE the price.

Hurt the baby

Reviewer:  Clarissa's mommy  See all my reviews

My baby cried and cried when I tried to put her in this. It seemed to be putting her legs in an uncomfortable position and she hated it. This is a situation of paying for what you get.

Good carrier

Reviewer:  New Mom "Rachel"  (Auburn, AL)  See all my reviews

I was surprised that my baby liked this carrier. It is nice to be able to wear it around the house to clean and have the baby with you. It is not very comfortale for me to wear. My baby is only 10 pounds right now, but I feel a bit of strain on my back. I would recommend this product, because it does not cost much and it is okay to wear (as long as you don't wear it for too long).

It's ok for the price

Reviewer:  Twin Mommy  (Georgia)  See all my reviews

It's really not that bad. If you're not sure whether your baby will take to a carrier this is a good product because it's cheap. If your baby doesn't like it at least you didn't pay too much money for it. I've got a squirmy babies who don't like to feel confined so it was difficult for me to carry them like this.

Didn't like it at all!

My daughter just did not feel at all secure in this carrier. It was comfortable and nicely priced, but it just didn't feel like it supported her. I felt like she was going to topple out of it if I so much as thought about leaning forward.

nice for the price!

Reviewer:  Lora B "Ethan's mommy"  (Wichita, KS)  See all my reviews

My husband uses this alot when we are in the store. My son decided that he doesn't want to sit in his carseat anymore, in the shopping cart. So rather then taking it in, we use this or the stroller. My husband thinks it is fairly comfortable. He is a larger man, and we have no problem strapping it on. However, I don't know that he'd beable to put it on without help. But for the money, this is a nice carrier.

Excellent carrier at an excellent price

Reviewer:  Tired Mom "Nikki M"  (Detroit, MI)  See all my reviews

This carrier is an excellent price. With this excellent price camean excellent product. My son loves this carrier, and I do too. I would highly recommend this carrier especially for the spoiled babies that have to be carried around everywhere. With the carrier your child is strapped to you tightly, they do feel like their going to slide out. I found that walking around with the baby doing household chores it gave him soothing comfort and he goes right to sleep. The only thing we found difficult with the carrier was that the directions were a little hard to understand, but after we got it going it worked out perfectly.

Love it

I don't go to any store without the Easy Rider. It just feels so much safer to have my little one attached to me while running from store to store. And for the extra fussy days at home, its nice to have a hands free way of holdeing her. It is a little awkward to put on and get the baby in and out. She's still only a month old though so I think it will get easier as she gets older. Plus I'm probably a little extra nervous being a first time mom. Great product - not sure what I would do without it.

I enjoyed this one. Easy to use and not expensive. I couldnt use it long because eventually my daughter got too heavy and it started hurting my shoulders.
