HATE IT!

Reviewer:  Jess B  See all my reviews

The sizing chart for the sling was incorrect for the different body types. Also, my baby hardly fit in it when she was born. It scrunched her up so she looked incredibly uncomfortable and I was constantly worrying that she couldn't breathe. It was one of the cuter slings I saw, but it was not the most efficent. I would NOT recommend this to any mom, especially not one who would want to do housework while their child was in the sling.

We love it!!!

This is by far the best sling/baby carrier we've used. With my first daughter, we had a ring sling, some two piece sling, and a Baby Bjorn. My husband and I, as well as the baby, hated all three of them! With this baby, I decided I would splurge and buy a Hotsling and I love it! My baby does too, but unfortunately, my husband doesn't because it's not his size! The first time we tried it, the baby cried, but then we tried again the next day and she's loved it ever since. She falls asleep the minute I put her in there and she'd stay there for hours if I let her! My shoulder does get sore after about 2 hours, so I wish they had put some padding on there. Also, I wish there was a clip or something on the shoulder to open up the sling and take it off - it's a bit awkward to take it off with the baby still in it and to keep her sleeping, or to take her out of it without totally waking her up. Overall, though, we are really happy and I'm so glad to have it! It's a lifesaver for my two year old, too, as it allows me to take care of my newborn and my toddler at the same time! It folds up small enough to stuff in the diaper bag and pull out when I need it. Definitely worth the money!

Lifesaver!

Reviewer:  Dalton's Mommy  (Lincoln, NE)  See all my reviews

I fractured my elbow when my son was 5 weeks old and this product was a LIFESAVER! It is very cute and my baby falls right asleep whenever he is put in it. It is difficult to place my baby in it and my husband has to help but I haven't tried yet to do so with 2 good arms.

It's alright

Reviewer:  Moto Mama  (Tucson, AZ)  See all my reviews

My daughter loves this sling but it's a little hard to get the baby out of. Also the size chart may have been made for one body type, it looked like I was a size 3 but I actually needed a size 2. This sling comes with a booklet of instructions along with a dvd which was helpful.

Not a user friendly sling.

Reviewer:  Jennifer "Jennifer"  (Charlotte, NC)  See all my reviews

I thought this sling looked cute and easy to use. It turns out it is a pain to put your child into. My little one hates being in this sling. It is hard to take your little one out of it and is uncomfortable. I have since found another sling. I really recommend you find an adjustable sling.

Sizing is a Bear

Reviewer:  Jennifer R.  (Concord, CA)  See all my reviews

I had a horrible time trying to get the correct size for this sling, as even following the chart didn't help. This is DEFINITELY something you need to try on in person, with your baby, in order to purchase it. Don't order it online, unless you want to go through returning it three times like I did.

Not so HOT!

Reviewer:  Lexi's Mom  (Douglasville, Ga, USA)  See all my reviews

First off, I had to buy three different slings, trying to find the right fit. The chart said I was a four. In my experience the four was too big and so was the three, but the two was too small. Once the baby was in it I had to constantly worry about keeping the material off of her face. The sling kept feeling like it was going to slip off my shoulder and after about 10 min of wearing my 8lb baby my shoulder was KILLING me! I tried adjusting the shoulder like it shows on the DVD and that did not help at all. I have ordered a sleepy wrap hopefully this will work better.

This sling sucks!

My daughter does NOT like this sling at all! I ended up buying a front "snugli" carrier for less money and she loves it. Save your money and get a snugli!

What Size???

Reviewer:  L. Strong "size matters"  (Mebane, NC)  See all my reviews

I bought the size 3 sling and then went home and tried it on with my baby in it. It felt too tight. I took the size 3 sling back and bought a size 4. The size four sling was too big. Needless to say, I have returned both and now I use my slugli. Awful experience with this sling.
