We were given a Baby Bjorn carrier and my son hated it. He would cry the entire time. We then recieved this as a gift and he loves being in it! It is VERY difficult to adjust the first time you use it. (I would recommend putting it on and making all of the adjustments before you actually plan to use it. It will take a good deal of time to get it right.-just be patient!) But once you've done that, you never have to adjust it again. I'm 5'5'' and pretty thin and I have no problems with it not fitting me or sliding down. There is a little bit of a learning curve in using it the first several times. My little boy is so happy in it. He just loves being able to look around. I even use it around the house for when I need to get things done and he wants to be held. This has more support for the baby's legs also, which might be what makes it more comfortable for him.

I bought this sling at my local target, brought it home, adjusted it, and it didn't work well. I felt like my son was not secure and the stap hurt my neck. I'm taking it back.

I have no luck with Infantino products. Baby carrier, sling, shopping cart cover - I ended up not using any of them. After having Baby Bjorn baby carrier it' hard to compromize.

The straps are too soft and flimsy, my son tried to fall of, not convenient to put on.

I'm sure it works for some people, but not for me.

Easiest thing to use ever! My girl is 24lbs and fits great and I love the additional support to hold her on either hip. Strap feels good and lumbar definitely helps. Good product.

Bought this yesterday for our 20# 8-month-old. It did take a bit to get it adjusted just right, but once everything is set, you just clip it on, load the baby and go! I wore it almost 3 hours yesterday including a 3 mile walk. He loves being in it and slept for a long time during the walk. I had minimal sorenss and wore it comfortably again today. It is well-made and offers the best support for anything else I've tried. I'm a tiny person and it still fits well. I wish it had bigger pockets or better pouches for keys or a diaper, but it does a great job and is a fair price. This is so easy to put on in the parking lot and drop him in quick to go into the library, store, etc. and still have my hands free for my other two! It's good for around the house, too. Try it and don't give up on fine-tuning the adjustments. It's worth it!

Doesn't sit child close enough. It feels like he is going to slip out. I couldn't wait to receive this carrier to go hiking. It was very dissapointing. I'm returning it.

Just bought this today, came home and started playing with it. I have all the straps as tight as they can go and it just didn't seem to hold my baby close enough to my body. My son is 8 months/19lbs and the whole time I had my son in this I kept worrying that he was leaning too far back. Also, for being a "hip carrier" my son was halfway down my leg (but that might be because I'm only 5ft tall). I liked the idea of a hip carrier but taking this one back and getting an Infantino front carrier instead.

My husband and I bought this carrier for our six month old. She's gotten too heavy to carry her in the Baby Bjorn comfortably. I thought this would be a nice solution. This carrier looks well made but is not comfortable to wear at all. The shoulder strap has a tendancy to dig in to the side of my neck and I it just doesn't hold my daughter snuggly enough. It may work for smaller babies but we're taking ours back.

I switched to this carrier from a front pack and I LOVE it!! Baby feels very secure in it. The positioning is perfect, very adjustable so dad (and heavier people) can use it too. Nice padding, feels very well built, like it will last awhile. Definintely a good buy.

I've seen the Hip Hammock and actually went to buy it and saw this. I took both out of box and looked at them. This one seems much better made and I love that it has lumbar and memory foam. Used it all weekend and now my little one is begging me for another ride!
