I bought three of these; one for each grandparent. They are comfortable for my son and easy to install and use. The fabric is easy to keep clean and the cup holder is a great extra. I'm glad that it will be the last car seat we'll have to buy b/c it converts to a belt-positioner once they outgrow/outweigh the 5-point harness. Only drawback; even though I bought 3, they were not the same. The rear tether on one is near impossible to adjust - so much so I almost returned it.

We bought this seat for Grandma's car and not only was it a deal but it is a great seat. Our son has plenty of room to grow and he's very comfortable in it. Also, the 5-point harness gives us piece of mind.

These are easy to use and my kids seem to like them. We can fit three of them in the back of our Stratus. I hated the Graco seats we had and replaced them with the Cosco seats. I am very pleased with them.

I love this seat-- our little guy said it was comfy, and it withstood many backseat meals beautifully! I was able to use the 5 point harness until he was 43 1/2 inches tall, and then we stopped only because he weighed over 40 pounds. The top slots are very high--so it's great if you have a tall, skinny child!

It was ok for a little while. I had it for about a year, it was affordable, which was great, but that didn't outweigh the cons. First off, the fabric on the seat cover literally started shredding, as the year went on, it looks terrible now. The straps ALWAYS twisted anytime my son would even attempt to put himself in the belts, the always came loose, the button to take him out, that's it's own challenge, those little black things where the belts go, are a pain, they never stayed in place, always came loose, and i couldn't understand why they were there in the first place. I guess it's a you-get-what-you-pay-for type of seat. I finally just said forget it and went and bought my son a britax.

We bought this carseat for our 2 yr. old when she started getting too tall for her other carseats. she absolutely loves this carseat and seems much more comfortable in it than in the graco comfortsport that's in my husband's car. the graco also cost a good bit more. i also love the ease of putting this in/out of different cars and adjusting the straps (impossible in the graco). also, the wings are high enough that her head doesn't fall forward when she falls asleep, . this is a great buy for the money and i'm actually about to buy another for my husband's car b/c we're just sick of fighting the graco. a few of the other reviews mention problems with the clasps, but we haven't had these problems, and neither has my mom, who has sort of weak hands. she will be 3 in feb. and this still looks like it did when we bought it, no rips or tears, and she's not gentle on it. great seat hands down.

the description doesn't tell you that the box says, in huge letters, "For children age 1+". My daughter outgrew her rear-facing carseat, height-wise, at 6 1/2 months. This seat seemed perfect because I could afford one for each car, and wouldn't have to buy any more for her ever. But when they arrived, it turns out she's too young??? What's the difference? She could hold her head up when she was 2 weeks old. She's 8 months old now, and I love this carseat. It has head-support (even though other reviews say it doesn't. I think they were looking for forehead straps or something...) and she fits perfectly in the 5-point harness. It's easy to adjust. I love it. The fabric doesn't match the picture, but it's a nondescript blue pattern. If your considering this carseat, you're obviously not a high-maintenance "my baby girl needs everything to be pink!" kind of person.

This is the worst seat I have come across. I read the reviews on it, and thought it would be perfect for my 3 year old granddaughter who comes in to visit us only twice a year. The red buttom to unlatch by the leg crotch was impossible to use--a few times it took me 10 minutes to unlatch my granddaughter. What would of happened in an emergency. The darn thing would not unlatch with ease at all!!! It was always with much difficulty, even with 3 people trying!!! It is a return the first thing in the morning!!!

We bought this seat in a pinch on a vacation, so we basically bought it for the good price. It is our spare carseat at home, however, now that one of my children is over 40 lbs, we tried using it as a booster seat. Here's the positives of the seat: Nice fabric, easy to clean. Easy front harness adjustment(harness for 40lbs>). The bottom LATCH is nice and easy to use, if only that quality were throughout the seat. I love that you can use the top tether while in booster mode and the child is using the car's seatbelt, but the top tether is a pain to adjust! see below- My complaints: **NO HEAD PROTECTION!** When buying a booster seat, head protection should always be a priority! Most convertible/booster seats have EPS foam (like bike helmets) in the head area, and have bigger sidewings. It looks as if this seat was deliberatly designed WITHOUT head protection.(NO EPS foam anywhere) This could make a difference in a side-impact collision.
**seat belt positioning clips** NOT effective on this seat! especially in the higher slot ,the seatbelt, at least in my 2004 Grand PRix and Saturn VUE, gets stuck if the child leans forward,creating slack in the seatbelt and thus not holding the child in a safe position. When using a booster the seat belt should always be snugly on the child's chest, and this seat cannot provide that. Try it out in your car before letting your child ride with the seatbelt in booster mode. *difficult to install* while the lower latch is great, the top tether is SO hard to use! it is really difficult to adjust-we've had 4 other seats,all have been way easier than this one to tether into the vehicle. Once you get this in your car, you better plan on leaving it there! (and working up a sweat while doing so!)
I will still use the seat in harness mode for my younger child, as a *spare* seat, but I will not use it as a booster. Just because it's not a seat you use every day does not mean it could not be the seat your child is sitting in during an accident. I have to buy another booster seat now, and I'm sticking to the Graco models, which have safe loop-style seat belt positions, side wings around the head, and EPS foam. Some models are even the same price as this seat, but cost isn't an issue when my child's safety is the topic.

We have had this seat for about 8 months now, and we LOVE IT. I got it for my son when he was almost 2 1/2. He is tall for his age, and had out grown his car seat. He loves this seat, and jumps right in. He cannot take the harness apart, like he had started to do in his old car seat. It is very easy to put in and stays tightly put. He has grown in the months that we've had it, and his shoulders are already coming a little above the harness straps. He is 40'' tall, so if your child is alteast that tall, I would go ahead and get a "real" booster seat, b/c this one wont last you long. I hope that we can find one as great as this one has been!!
