Jenn-Air's 30" downdraft modular cooktop remains a popular choice year after year. At the base price, it comes with a grill and an empty bay, which accepts various heating element cartridges at an additional cost. Typically, this unit is purchased with one or two surface element cartridges. Cartridge choices include solid element, conventional coil, halogen, and radiant elements. The plethora of available accessories serve to make this unit incredibly versatile. Accessories include a griddle, a grill cover, a wok, a rotiss-kebab, a cooker-steamer, and a big pot canning element. Both bays on this unit are convertible. A two-speed fan and light bar are included as well. This cooktop comes in white, black, and stainless steel.
