Detective Harry Collins (Liotta) is addicted to gambling. His addiction eventually lands him in big trouble, as he becomes caught between a brutal bookie, a lethal loan shark, and a murderous heist gone wrong. He must come up with a daring plan to settle his debts, once and for all.
