This 40-amp relay, in conjunction with the DLS3R relay kit, lets you take advantage of your Crime Guard alarm's "driver's door priority unlock" feature. That means you can press the button on your alarm's remote once to unlock just the driver's side door, or twice to unlock all the doors on the car.
Note: Not all Crime Guard alarms include the priority unlock feature — check your manual before ordering this relay.
