The leather is beautiful and soft, without being flimsy. The bag has a different shape than what I am used to, but I like it so much I will probably look for others of a similar shape. It is well organized with plenty of pockets and enough room inside for my check wallet and a few essentials. Not a huge bag, but that's how I like it! In fact, I love this bag!" |

"It was described as a cross body bag, which was why I purchased it. The strap is not adjustable and it definitely cannot be worn cross body. This is not a hands free bag. It is a shoulder bag and it looks like an inexpensive bag - although it had a lot of pockets. I donated it to the thrift shop. I could not return it, because I did not realize that it wasn't a cross body bag until after i removed the packing and cut off the zipper protectors. It was intended to be an everyday go-to bag for when I was wearing jeans and needed to be hands-free." |

"A week after I received this item there was a tear in the inside lining. I was very upset and dissappointed at first, just with the thought of returning through the mail and what a hassel that can be, but you made good for this inconvience. You sent me out a brand new handbag, without requiring me to return the first one, then when I received the new one I was able to send the old one back in that same box. You sent me a return address label also. I was very satisfied that you took my word for the defect and accomodated my wishes. I would do business with you again, and thank you for believing me and trusting the fact that the bag was defective without seeing it first. You sent me out a new one without seeing the defective one and I appreciate that. You have made good for this." |
