The two smaller cases (a duffle bag and cosmetics bag) which I'll need more often, seem less durable in that the hardware holding the shoulder straps is very flimsy feeling. Still, each has handles, too, so hopefully they'll remain functionable parts of this great set even if the shoulder strap hardware fails. I love the fact that all five pieces nestle into one for storage, and can piggy-back together to be wheeled by one person." |

"When I first recieved the bag I found a area where the stitching was not connected properly. I called Ebags and a new set was sent out the next day. I was also sent a return shipping label for the defective set. We used the bags this last weekend on a little mini vacation. The bags had all the space I needed. The only drawback I can find at this time is the zippers need to be broke in." |

We just returned from a trip to Costa Rica and had no problems with any of the bags. They are made of a light-weight, sturdy material. The only thing I didn't like was that the larger pieces are not expandable. But we used the space-saver bags, so it wasn't a problem for us." |

"Used these bags for a month long trip around Nepal, and then for a trip to Colorado for Christmas. The bags held up well considering the length of travel & abuse they took in transit (only a small tear in the ribbing of the bag). The handle & wheels are still strong & in tact - and it seems that's what I usually have problems with when traveling. The bags hold a lot of stuff, and look great! I would definitely purchase them again if needed (but I think they're gonna last me a while since I only travel maybe 4-5 times a year). I especially think they're a great value for the price! I give this luggage set a green light! Happy travels!" |
