Programs can be set to skip two to three days between instances, or even be set to only water on particular days of the week. The control panel is also removable for security and reveals a manual override knob for constant on or off settings. This timer connects directly onto your spigot while the other side can attach to a standard garden hose or sprinkler. An easy-on plastic swivel connector makes setup a snap and a wire mesh filter protects the inlet from debris and dirt. This unit is powered by 4 AA batteries, not included.
