| Speedtech Windmate 200 Windmeter Monitor the wind speed quickly and easily on the go with the Speedtech Windmate 200 Windmeter. This unit keeps a range of wind information at your fingertips. The portable anemometer at the top measures the current, average, and maximum wind speeds in a variety of units such as knots, mph, kmph, f/m, m/s and the Beaufort scale. The information displays on an LCD screen, and the unit can be calibrated to correct for the presence of any ferrous metals. The unit also reads crosswinds, headwinds, and tailwinds, given in compass points. A small temperature gauge reads the ambient air temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius. The meter also combines this information with the wind speed to determine the current wind chill, which is the temperature that the air feels like on human skin due to wind and temperature combined. This product runs on a single CR2032 Lithium button cell battery, preinstalled for your convenience. The casing is resilient shockproof plastic and features a folding cover for a handy "pocket knife" effect, as well as a tripod mount for added stability. A lanyard is included for easy carrying.
