| Davis Instruments Rain Collector for Wizard or Monitor Accurately measure rainfall and transmit the information to your Davis Weather Wizard or Weather Monitor with this Davis Instruments Rain Collector. This gauge measures rainfall with an internal self-emptying bucket. Each tip of the bucket reads 0.01" of rainfall. Insert the included metric rain adaptor to the bucket to know the rainfall in increments of 0.2 millimeters, rather than inches. A small debris screen rests inside the collector cone, to prevent leaves and rocks from accumulating and altering the measurements. The attached 40' cable connects to your preexisting junction box, which will transmit the information to your indoor Davis Weather Wizard or Monitor. Use the included screws to mount this collector outdoors on a flat surface. The plastic construction will last for several seasons, and the black color will blend with the outdoor surroundings.
