| Oregon Scientific Wireless Temperature Sensor Monitor the indoor and outdoor temperature easily with the Oregon Scientific Wireless Temperature Sensor. This item features an indoor unit which displays the inside and outside temperature, as well as a remote sensor to read and monitor outdoor weather changes. Place the remote sensor outdoors, up to 100 feet away, and ensure that it is protected from rain and direct sunlight. The sensor sends a signal to the indoor unit, which displays the outdoor temperature on the top line. A small arrow icon next to the outdoor temperature points upward, straight, or downward. This arrow notes whether the temperature is rising, falling, or remaining steady. The second line of the display indicates the indoor temperature. Both temperatures can be shown in your choice of Fahrenheit or Celsius. The main unit can receive signals from up to three outdoor sensors, enabling you to know the temperature all around your home. Know when the temperature changes drastically using the included alarms. These alarms can be set to sound when the outdoor temperature rises above your chosen maximum or below the chosen minimum. For even more versatility, the unit also stores the maximum and minimum indoor and outdoor temperatures in memory, which can easily be checked by pressing the memory button. Place the indoor unit on a table using the integrated stand, or hang it on a wall with the recessed screw hole. Mount the outdoor unit to a wall, or use its included stand to place it on a flat surface. Both the indoor and outdoor units use two AA batteries for power (included).
