| Oregon Scientific Anemometer Keep your Oregon Scientific Ultimate Weather Monitoring Station reading the wind speed with the Oregon Scientific Anemometer. This unit can replace the included anemometer, or be used as an addition to read wind speed on different sides of the home. This unit mounts to a wall up to three hundred feet away from the indoor unit, facing south for the most accurate wind reading. The included solar panel uses energy from the sun to transmit the wind speed to the main indoor station. Two included AA batteries act as a backup for the solar panel, for wind readings on a cloudy day or at night. Read the wind speed in several locations with this Anemometer. One year limited warranty.
Note: You may use this Anemometer with an existing Oregon Scientific Ultimate Weather Monitoring Station, ORE-WMR112A-O or one may be purchased separately.
