| Bought this thing April 2008. Worked pretty good until the warranty expired. Now, Nov 08, the big brown splotch in the middle of the fancy screen makes it unuseable. Palm cares, right? Don't be foolish -- minimum of $149 to fix an item I can buy for $200 or less. The best Palm would do is a 20% discount on an upgrade. Forget it -- caveat emptor. Palm probably will never know why it went bankrupt. |

| I bought my handheld in June 2007 and use most of the features available. One of my favorites is reading e-books. It holds a multitude of information and I love mine. I take it everywhere I go. I wouldn't want to be without it. The only trouble I've ever had is that it locks up playing solitaire. |

| I purchased this palm about a year ago. I previously had a much older version that I loved and never had any problems with. I love the color screen & the features: the office package & MP3 player especially. Some of the features took some set up file conversion. I also don't like the pin-type connectors to sync and charge. My old one had a more durable cradle. After having this product for less than a year, it completely quit working. I thought that maybe it was the battery or the charger, so I bought a new charger and my husband tested it with a voltmeter, but we never got it running again. The problem is, I never purchased the extended warranty, not realizing this comes with a only 30 day warranty. To call customer support cost about $50 and to have it sent in and fixed cost $150, so I figured I'd be better off buying a new one. If you buy this, GET THE EXTENDED WARANTY. The good thing about Palm is I still have all my info and can use any software I've bought since the 1st one. |

| I just got the E2 2 weeks ago, I had bought a Dell brand PDA that was horrible. It wouldn't sync to my Dell computer and I would up sending it back. They sent another and the same problems. The E2 has non of the problems, it works perfectly. I take a lot of medication and bought Medminder to help me keep track, it works great, just wish it also had a computer version to sync with. I don't think I'd want to be with out it, I take it with me just like my cell phone. |

| An Wonderful invention! Out of the box is great, stylus is heavy and well balanced. Screen is great, bright, clear, and crisp/sharp. With the Amount of extra software avaible on the net for the Palm OS 5, I use this for a mini Movie viewer, picture viewer ect.
Buttons and Screen Are responsive and not sluggish, even note pad writeing on screen is very clear. |
