| Not a bad cooler.. Can only take so much.. Would of hoped for 4 pin support but oh well.. Good on stock paste.. Good on AS5.. Poor on Ultra Thermal Gel.. |

| This may be a great heatsink, but I'll never know. I spent half an hour trying to get it attached. The pins just would not take on the motherboard. I'd get two in then they'd pop out when the other two were pressed on. The size of the thing and the plastic shroud on one side made it very difficult to get to the back pins, and the front ones under the fan itself were even harder.
I finally gave up on it and put in the one that came with the CPU, took 30 seconds. |

| Just added this onto my XFX Geforce 8200 mobo with an Athlon 64 X2 5000+ BE. It's huge but pretty darn quiet and not that hard to install. It just barely fits into my case that is 7.5 inches wide so if you have any narrower of a case find something else, otherwise pick this up. It's a great buy for the price. Temps are running around 40C when playing games but my A/C went down last week so my apartment is 80-85 (with fans blowing everywhere) until the repair guys can come. |

| Awesome cpu cooler. I have a stock speed q6700 idle at 31c and 42c while playing crysis. Couldn't be happier. Can't wait to see how cool this will keep my cpu once I overclock the cpu and get a couple 120mm fans in the case. |

| Excellent cooler. Used to have a OEM fan on a pentium d 805 running stock and it was running at 4000+ rpm and louder than a vacuum cleaner--literraly. Got this one and now the loudest thing in my computer is the hard disks. No wonder why virtually all air cooled systems built by toms hardware uses this. It WORKS! Right now experiencing a burn-in period for thermal paste, So its idling at 40-43 C. Its probably just the crappy cpu thats making the heat. |
