| I have had to deal with cooler master directly on an issue. I have found them to be deceptive, and outright dishonest. They failed to ship a replacement part, and gave me a fake tracking number. I verified this through UPS. I am now 12 days into waiting for a part that was supposed to be overnighted. Buyer Beware. |

| This fan is rated noise wise at 17 decibels by the manufacturer. If you believe that then I have a piece of land for sale next to an airport runway just for you. Quiet - NOT! |

| Did fine cooling a Pentium D 805 2.66 Ghz. Good value for the money, but was rather noisy and replaced with COOLER MASTER GeminII RR-CCH-ANU2-GP CPU+ Board Cooler and a mounted fan. Bottom line: spend a bit more and get something better. |
