Audio has wrong pin connections for MSI SLI Platinum Motherboard. When you plug in a headphone I get a message that the microphone has just been unplugged! No technical info on their web site to fix the problem. Low USB voltage as well. This is a complete waste of money, not to mention the time it takes to install it.

Yep - looks great, cool features, but not much good when it can't even power a USB Flash Drive. If you want something that just looks good, go ahead and buy one. If you want to be able to use it, spend your money on something else. I took this unit out and put in the front USB/Firewire/Audio unit which came with my Ultra Aluminus Case and it works fine. Just too many devices plugged in to two USB MB headers I suppose.

I read the reviews, they said low voltage.
''So what?'' I don't have to use it to charge anything, I've got the USB slots in the back to do that, I will just use these new ones in the front in order to quickly get my usb drive in there for quick file transfers. I've got a tiny little MicroSD reader for a flash drive, the thing is as small as a thumbnail, it can't take up that much power.
Once I have the HUB installed, I plug in the USB drive and windows tells me ''This HUB's voltage is too low to power a mass usb drive''
''Well darn!'' I pronounce. ''That is useless!'' If it can not even power a USB drive, what is the point in having front-side USB ports?
I''m using an SD for a flash drive at this point, so it's not a big deal to plug it into the memory card reader. In there, it works without the need of any more power. However, when I decide that I am done with the card I go to safely eject my USB mass storage device, off it goes HUB and all, I had to restart the cpu to get it back! D

The features are great, but I was disappointed when I plugged in my cell phone to charge it. Kept getting messages that there was not enough power to operate device. The card reader and audio jack works, I haven't tried the esata. If you buy this with the intention to use the usb ports, you are not going to be happy.

All of the ULTRA product USB, SD Card Reader and sound ports functioned. However the USB2 ports could not effectively charge a SANDISK Mp3 player...low voltage (like other reviews). I even plugged the device into the 4 pin power connector off of my power supply hoping to provide additional power...no luck. Nevertheless, the USB ports work for devices not requiring large amounts of juice. Overall, I recommend this device.
