| I think the biggest problem with this product is the company that is behind the product. I spent 2 hours working with Trendnet Technical support, and their final resolution was to return this product to where I purchased it. I had only had it for 2 days, and never could get it to work, and I expected them to issue a pickup for the product at their cost and send me a replacement. They would not issue a pickup. I even called their CSR manager and its company policy that the consumer must pay for all shipping charges for repairs, even if the product never worked from the beginning. BUYER BEWARE |
