| Having just installed Ubuntu, this is a great modem. Works just fine for me. I don't know about faxing with it, I have not tried. |

| This modem does not send and receive faxes from all faxes (per tech support). USRobotics will not offer any tech suport around the faxing issues. Tech support was completely unhelpful. (Read clueless.) Buy anything but USRobotics. |
