It works, whether on MCE or their own AP it works. To be honest, I wouldn't sweat too much about that Analog to Digital TV timing forcast. By 2009, they'll have to postpone again, unless the government really set their food down, which I doubt they will. They are too busy with Iraq and Afghan!!

PROS: TV and FM Radio tuner. Works with Media Center (not outside Media Center.) Some work in Vista, some work only in MC. This one works flawlessly in VISTA MEDIA CENTER! It was up and running in under 10 mins. Picked this baby up at a Tiger Outlet store in Miami. TV quality is average for a PC tuner (grainy at times), but FM radio quality is OUTSTANDING!
CONS: Coaxial connection is set kinda far back, no way to screw in coaxial cable, need one of those ''just push in'' types. Doesn't work outisde Media Center, so can't use in XP Home (dual-boot).
THOUGHTS: I believe this is only analog (NTSC), not ATSC (digital) (which is supposed to replace NTSC in 2009, so may have to buy a new card then.

Well I hope this doesn't reflect on KWorld but it's not Vista ready. i finally got a response from Kworld and they said ''We are waiting on a patch file for Vista. Make sure you have a video card with plenty of its own memory.''
Also I thought I was buying this cause I didn't have a video card.
My Allinwonder would not work.

I've been unable to use this with Vista. There is no Vista driver. I've e-mailed Kworld with no results. Will send it back soon if no driver is available. Frustrated.

This card is not vista ready! The drivers from KWORLD do not work. Software on the disk does not install. Multiple attempts to contact KWORLD technical support finally resulted in one vague email stating that their QT department was testing drivers for Vista.
CONSUMER ALERT
This television receiver has only
an analog broadcast tuner and will require a converter box after February
17, 2009, to receive over-the-air broadcasts with an antenna because of the
Nation’s transition to digital broadcasting. Analog-only TVs should continue
to work as before with cable and satellite TV services, gaming consoles,
VCRs, DVD players, and similar products.

PCI
Express - Delivering Dramatically Improved Graphics
Doubling the bandwidth of the AGP 8X graphics bus, the new PCI Express represents
the most profound change to desktop architecture in nearly a decade. PCI
Express replaces AGP, allowing much larger amounts of data to move between
the graphics card and the CPU, and will soon replace PCI expansion slots
as well. The PCI standard allows for a 32-bit bus with a maximum throughput
of 133MB/s. By contrast, PCI Express will run at 2.5GHz. PCI Express is
a two-way serial connection that carries data in packets along two pairs
of point-to-point data lines, compared to the single parallel data bus of
traditional PCI. Gamers will benefit from an incredible upgrade in video
quality with PCI Express, because it will allow for more powerful video
cards, inspiring developers to create more realistic environments that will
make games come alive with astonishingly lifelike colors and images. Video
enthusiasts will also benefit because PCI Express will accommodate higher-quality
video throughput (amount of data you can send per second). As network television
moves over to HDTV broadcasts, PCI Express positions the PC platform for
integration into the living room, while also allowing for HD video editing
and other bandwidth-intensive tasks. PCI Express is compatible with existing
PCI drivers and software operating systems and is designed to co-exist with
current PCI hardware.
