Got this as part of a quad core barebones kit. Though the case is good for a low level system, it doesn't move enough air through it to support a quadcore processor. Even with extra quality fans installed the case temp is uncontrolable. I ended up using it for a dual core system & it does ok.

I also got this case as part of a barebones. It came packaged with styrofoam holding the ends, but in perfect condition despite a couple of dents in the cardboard. Construction could have been of higher quality, with thicker material at least at the structure points. I had to take the front bezel off to mount the front intake fan, and only time will tell if enough air can get in with the bezel in place. I'd have liked the hard drive brackets facing outward instead of toward the back of the case, as the cables on my mbd are in the way for installing drives. Big inside. Masscool 8WA741 cooler I bought fits great. Overall, very pleased.

I got this case as part of a Barebones kit and given that, it fits the need. If I were buying a case outright, I might lean towards something else for a few extra dollars to get a slightly larger case with more fan ports. There are plenty of deals if you time it right. The packaging was OK, nothing special but the case arrived in one piece with no damage. The case is a little flimsy but I'm not looking to use it as a step stool so it does what it's designed to do. The plastic feet keep falling off so I might be permanently gluing them on. The wires are long enough for the case and well labeled. I would have liked an air intake area on the front to add another fan. There is only the one on the back. I'd be concerned with this case running multiple video cards or anything that generates a lot of heat because you only have one exhaust and only the tiny slots on the side for fresh cool air. All-in-all........... for a low end case thrown in with a Barebones kit, it's not bad.

Great all around case for the casual pc builder.. High Quality power on and reset buttons.. unlike the other guy my screws and stuff were in a tiny zip lock baggie taped to the 3.5 slots.. This is not a Case for a person thinking about putting a big heatsink/fan in... I ordered the Thermaltake Blue Orb and it will not fit because it hits the power supply.. I ended up modding it a little bit to get it to fit.. the dremel tool does wonders haha.. i had to make new holes in the motherboard plate to move the board down a little so it would fit. But for the Price You can't beat it.. i don't know how much it will be when you read this review but i only paid 29.99 for it... make sure you add a good power supply and not try to get a cheap case with a power supply for $50.. more than likely the power supply will be crap.

Poor shipping container, only cardboard with Styrofoam protecting ends. It arrived damaged. I noticed it was badly bent and never looked at it beyond that point. Without thinking to ask for an upgrade to another case (it was part of a kit), got an RMA and reordered same case. When it arrived I was quite disappointed in the quality of this product. Screws and other parts were loose inside the case, although it did have another bag of screws twist tied inside (would have been real easy to include the loose stuff there also). I located only 5 brass risers for mother-board in the loose stuff. Also very sharp edges inside the case I cut my hands up trying to install components. When I tried to replace the cover the bottom of the case bent, so now I have another damaged case. Considering the price, it's an okay case, but be wary about this one.
Got Enough
Memory? Bet You'll Need More!
Windows Vista and today's software
applications make much greater demands on your system's memory. Adding
peripherals, like webcams, USB hard drives, and complex Internet pages, all
take memory. Watching DVD movies, or watching videos on the web, or
playing PC based games demand increased memory. So take full
advantage of your system's potential, your operating system's enhancement
and entertainment capabilities, and your software's productivity by expanding
your system memory!
The best time to
add more memory is when you buy your system! Get the memory that's

Shared
Memory? Or Where Did My Memory Go?
Your computer uses memory to run your
Operating System, applications, peripherals, and to generate and display
graphics on your computer monitor. Video memory is a form of RAM, and is
either built into your motherboard; or on a graphics card (video card).
Depending on the motherboard's configuration, and that of the video card (if
separate or built-in to the motherboard), your computer may have to draw on
its own RAM memory to meet its video memory needs. This creates shared
memory, where your computer’s RAM will be shared between its own Processor
(CPU) and its graphics chip.
The result is that some systems will have
shared memory, some will not. If you have 2GB (for example) of system
memory installed, you may notice that your system reports significantly less
memory. This is because your system is using shared memory for your
video.
What can you do about this?
You can actually configure this shared memory through your computer’s BIOS
settings. However, this is a setting best left alone, since it is
typically optimized for display performance, and making changes may impact
display resolutions, and other video capabilities.
The simplest solution is usually to either:
increase your system memory; or to upgrade the video hardware. By
upgrading to a new video card with built-in video memory, then turning off
shared memory, you will free your system to use it's maximum potential
memory, and provide your system with much more robust video features.
How Much
Memory Do You Really Have?
When you look at the specifications for a computer, it will display the
installed memory, and typically the maximum memory that can be installed.
However, while these are real values, they represent a potential useable
memory. The actual useable memory may be different from these values.
The reason is simply that a computer may configured to use shared memory,
which reduces the amount of RAM that is available to the CPU by using
some of it for other purposes, such as for video memory. In some
cases, you can control the maximum useable memory through system settings,
and by upgrading to a video card that has internal onboard video memory.
But always
remember, that the amount of memory that your system reports, is not always
the amount of actual installed memory. If you find that you need more
memory, we suggest expanding your system memory, since this is the most
effective performance increase, and the one that is easiest to perform .
