Suggested Use
Clear Ear can be used on a daily basis to help correct and relieve the symptoms of sinusitis, nasal congestion, allergies, and congested ears. The recommended dosage for this is 2 or 3 capsules 2 times daily taken orally. If you are taking it to help prevent clogged ears before diving or swimming, take the recommended dosage a day or two before your dive or entry into the water, through the dive day and one or two days following.
