There may be some hard heads at Motorola and BVRP- Motorola Mobile Phone Tools.(Deluxe)
Interesting title? Well if following instructions provided on software is not your forte, this software isn't for you and right now there is some information that isn't included for a proper install. If you have purchased this and are having problems,...

Pros:
Does all that it should and more than "Free" software provided with other phones.
Cons:
Recent Windows updates can make an attempted install useless.
Bottom Line:
If you want to access and fully utilize all the features of your Motorola phone (such as the V3), fast USB charging, transfers, and the phone book, require it.

Absolutely worthless, and they charge you for it!
"This is some of the worst limp-ware I've ever seen." Yep. That says it all. I got it for my RAZR V3 with T-Mobile. Plan on losing contacts, taking 5 minutes for it to move things around while your phone is unusable, phone book entries that...

Pros:
None that I can see.
Cons:
Absolutely worthless.
Bottom Line:
Motorola can't afford to hire a few decent programmers? What in the heck are they thinking? Go elsewhere.

Don't buy this software
This is the worst investment that I have ever made. I have tried over and over to get this software to sync my Razr and computer, I even lost everything in Outlook once, trying to get it to work. If you are going to use this product make sure you back...

Pros:
NONE, it doesn't work.
Cons:

Works Awesome!
I don't know what the other folks are wanking about. It installed seamlessly, detected my RAZR phone just fine after I ran the auto update for the software and transfers wallpaper and even mp3 music to my phone! The sound interface is cool because you...

Pros:
Way cool features for mobile users.
Cons:
You have to manually run the auto update from the default phone.

Basicly? Doesn't Work
...at least if you have a V325. Multimedia functions disabled... Save your money & get the freeware "Send To Phone" package - you can set ringtones & wallpaper for free, without wating money on this...

Pros:
None - does not function as advertised
Cons:
Does not function as advertised.

Steer Clear
In 30 years as a computer engineer and a prolific computer user this is some of the worst limp-ware I've ever seen. I got mine a couple of weeks ago. After two days of Driver Hell, I finally got the phone to connect to the computer. Then, it turned...

Pros:
Backs up phone book and calender on a very good day.
Cons:
Read the body of the review.

Worst POS Software Since Windows ME
If you want problems with your phone and your computer, get this software. From the first install screen to the last dying gasp from Registry Cleaner, this one has all the glitches. From the getgo, the update had to download another complete CDs worth...

Pros:
Can uninstall eventually.
Cons:
None

Rubbish
I agree with all the posters. Motorola should issue some free software to users of their phones. My PC recognises the phone as an external drive so I can transfer pictures etc. But the contacts and diary only work through phone tools. When I boot up it...

Pros:
None
Cons:
Most everything

Motorola has screwed you!
This is the worst piece of software I have ever used, and a shame on Motorola. First of all, the software failed to install on my Windows XP Service Pack 2 computer with English as the interface language. Since I understand some Spanish, I...

Pros:
The promise of sync with a PC
Cons:
Installation problems, cannot detect the phone.
